How to Make Creative and Inexpensive Adult Female Costumes
Not all the Halloween fun should go to the children! With these inexpensive and easy costume ideas, women of all ages can use their imaginations and get creative this holiday. From a funny substitute teacher to a flirty "Elvira," these homemade costumes will be perfect for this year's Halloween festivities.

This costume's base includes a pastel-colored top, loose fitting khaki pants, and flat comfortable shoes.
