Halloween Rice Krispies Treats RecipeCandy corn and chocolate Rice Krispies treats are inexpensive, fun, and easy additions for Halloween boo baskets. To make a 9x13" pan of these candies, you'll need:
Mix the cereal, candy corn, and chocolate chips in a large bowl. In a large saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter and stir in the marshmallows until melted and smooth. Pour the marshmallow mixture over the cereal, stirring with a buttered wooden spoon to coat. Using buttered hands, spread the mixture on a large greased 9x13" pan or baking sheet, pressing flat. Press candy pumpkins (or extra candy corn, if preferred) spaced about 1 1/2" apart. Cool and cut into squares. For more recipes with a fall theme, see Halloween Rice Krispie Treats.
